Fuel Surcharge Policy
Effective Date: 20 April 2026
Due to a significant and sustained increase in global fuel prices, driven by geopolitical events and ongoing supply chain pressures, CoolDrive Auto Parts has implemented a temporary fuel surcharge.
1. Application of Fuel Surcharge
A fuel surcharge of 1.3% per invoice will be applied to all applicable transactions from the effective date. This surcharge is calculated as a percentage of each invoice total.
2. Purpose of the Surcharge
The surcharge is intended to offset increased operational costs across the supply chain, including (but not limited to):
- Freight and transportation expenses
- Supplier-related cost increases
- Distribution and stock movement across our national branch network
3. Fair and Proportional Approach
The surcharge is applied on a percentage basis to ensure it remains fair, consistent, and proportional, regardless of order volume or frequency.
4. Continuation of Services
CoolDrive Auto Parts will continue to provide:
- Free-of-charge delivery services
- The same high standard of customer service and product availability
5. Temporary Nature and Review
This fuel surcharge is a temporary measure. It will be reviewed regularly and removed as soon as fuel market conditions stabilise and allow.
6. Customer Acknowledgement
By placing an order with CoolDrive Auto Parts on or after the effective date, customers acknowledge and accept the application of this fuel surcharge.
