THE FACTS ON TIM & PHILLIP ISLAND
- The WD-40 Phillip Island SuperSprint is the 500th round in the history of the ATCC/V8SC.
- Tim hade his V8 Supercars Championship debut here in 2010 as co-driver to Greg Murphy in the Castrol Commodore for Paul Morris Motorsports. He is listed with four other drivers who made their V8 Supercar Championship debuts here – they include Garth Tander, Dale Wood, James Moffat and Nick Percat.
- Tim co-drove for David Reynolds in the Kelly Racing Stratco Commodore here in 2011.
- Pole Position is the most commons grid position for winners of ATCC/V8SC races at Phillip Island. The race winner has started on pole a total of 18 times in 54 races at the venue.
- In 2013 Tim had his best result at Phillip Island when he finished 6th, driving for DJR in Saturdays 60/60 SuperSprint race.
- Tim won the 2007 Formula Ford round here on the weekend that he sealed the Formula Ford Championship title.
