New Darwin Branch Opens in Style

CoolDrive Darwin unofficially opened its relocated branch in style in mid-June with a ‘Trade Show’ that saw Supercar driver Tim Blanchard and his CoolDrive Racing Commodore making a special guest appearance.
Both were in town for the Supercars round at Hidden Valley, making it the ideal opportunity to celebrate the Darwin branch’s much-needed relocation to larger premises.
Now officially up and running, the new Darwin premises boasts significantly larger warehousing space, enabling CoolDrive to have more stock on hand to respond to unprecedented growth.
Despite the paint on the signs still being wet and no stock onsite, an ‘unofficial’ opening with the Supercar present was considered too good a chance not to celebrate the new facility with customers and staff.
Recognising the challenges of distance in the Northern Territory, CoolDrive has designed the newest facility to minimise such issues, doubling storage capacity, which in turn will speed up customer response, service and satisfaction.
Manager Dallas Smith and his experienced staff welcomed customers and special guests to their CoolDrive Darwin ‘Trade Show’ which celebrated the new premises and an exciting future with significant room for expansion.
Along with CoolDrive’s regular product and support offerings, the new Darwin branch also has extensive large machinery expertise to service the nearby port and mining operations.
CoolDrive is one of Australasia’s largest automotive aftermarket component suppliers with 25 branches across Australia and two in New Zealand.
All of its 27 branches have access to the entire CoolDrive product inventory, including leading automotive air conditioning, electrical, engine cooling, engine management and performance products.
