John Blanchard Recognised by VASA

We are proud to announce that CoolDrive Auto Parts CEO John Blanchard has been honoured with a Pioneer Award by VASA for his contribution to the Australian automotive electrical and air conditioning industry.

VASA’s Pioneer Awards were inaugurated in 1996 to recognise individuals who have contributed above and beyond the call of duty, to standards, innovation and growth of the industry.

John was recognised for the continual growth and expansion of the CoolDrive business in the quest to continually provide outstanding customer service to the automotive aftermarket vehicle repair specialists and the industry as a whole.

The Pioneer Award was presented to John Blanchard on the evening of Saturday 4 August by VASA President Ian Stangroome at the Wire & Gas 2018 conference held at the Marriott Surfers Paradise Resort & Spa.

Over 160 guests from across Australia and New Zealand were in attendance, including WJ (John Senior) Blanchard, Shirley Blanchard and Rob Picone.

This year’s recognition to John Blanchard follows the Pioneer Award presented to WJ (John Senior) in 2000.
