The new range of Australian made GME fixed mount UHF CB radios incorporates the latest innovating scanning technology – ScanSuite. The new range of UHF CB radios still retains all existing features and manufacturing quality that our customers have come to expect from GME radio but comes with the added bonus of a 5 year warranty! The new ScanSuite feature can be used by any type of radio group looking for communication. It creates a virtually private network of radios, with seamless, uninterrupted conversation without having to pay commercial license fees or setup costs for expensive infrastructure!

The new ScanSuite technology scans 2x faster than any other existing UHF CB and skips the nuisance signals whilst continually scanning memory channels. With the unique features of TurboScan you can scan all 80 channels in under 2 seconds. Providing greater efficiency to our customers, saving them time from the tediousness scanning process common in other UHF CB radios.

The useful feature of a Network Scan which scans for other radios that share the same CTCSS or DCS tone; allows customers uninterrupted communication by dynamically switching to unused channels. Once identified the radios communicate on a channel until radio groups detect the wrong code, or no code, at which point the radios will automatically select another unused channel to continue transmitting and receiving. In open or group scan the radio may continually stop on nuisance channels, with the AutoSkip function these channels may be temporarily skipped or easily removed from the scan cycle without deleting them from the scan memory.
