CoolDrive Inducts Jeff Hooper into Hall of Fame

CoolDrive Auto Parts has inducted Jeff Hooper into its Hall of Fame, recognising his significant contribution to the business during a pivotal period in its history.

Hooper served as CoolDrive’s Executive Director and General Manager from 2007 to 2011, a period that coincided with the Global Financial Crisis and substantial disruption across the international economy.

During a time of considerable change for the company, Hooper played an instrumental role in CoolDrive’s asset restructuring, banking and financing arrangements and broader business operations, helping position the company to navigate a challenging economic environment and continue moving forward.

Jeff’s induction was announced during CoolDrive’s 2026 Annual Managers Conference in Melbourne, which brought together team members from across Australia and New Zealand, as well as representatives from CoolDrive International in Shanghai, China.

When inducting Jeff into the Hall of Fame, CoolDrive Auto Parts Executive Chairman John Blanchard highlighted his lasting impact on the company.

“Jeff joined CoolDrive at a particularly important time in the company’s history and his contribution had a lasting impact on the business,” Blanchard said.

“The Global Financial Crisis created enormous uncertainty for businesses around the world, and CoolDrive was going through significant change at the same time.

“Jeff brought valuable experience, leadership and financial discipline to the company. His work across our restructuring, banking and financing arrangements helped CoolDrive navigate that period and laid important foundations for the business we have today.

“The CoolDrive Hall of Fame is about recognising people who have made an enduring contribution to the company, and Jeff is a very deserving inductee.”

The Hall of Fame recognition reflects CoolDrive’s ongoing commitment to acknowledging the people who have made a lasting contribution to the company and helped shape its development.

Hooper joins previous CoolDrive Hall of Fame inductees recognised for their long-standing loyalty, commitment and contribution to the business.
