Jaylec Jumpstarter from CoolDrive29 Sep, 2014 Jaylec has launched a benchmark new portable Jumpstarter pack that utilises Lithium Ion technology. The Jaylec Pro5200 Lithium Ion jumpstarter (part No. JP9050) is now available from CoolDrive. Featuring 12/24 Volt versatility and two high-current Lithium Ion batteries for maximum cranking power, even in adverse weather, the Jaylec Pro5200 jumpstarter is capable of starting all petrol and diesel engines up to 10 Litres. Cleverly designed to be easy and comfortable to use, with extended 106cm heavy-duty cables to reduced lifting, the Jaylec Pro5200 utilises an industrial-strength injection-moulded housing that’s both tough and transportable. Features include a ‘Battery Level’ LED indicator which displays the charge condition of the battery, automatic overload protection and it can be recharged for either 240 Volt AC or a 12 Volt DC source. A direct DC to DC power supply also enables the unit to operate as a memory minder for the vehicle’s radio pin code whilst its battery is being charged. Jaylec’s new Pro5200 jumpstarter stores and protects the colour-coded and insulated heavy-duty 600 amp battery clamps when not in use, and there’s a built-in 12 Volt DC cigarette power socket to run accessories. The Lithium Ion batteries are full-sealed, maintenance free, and safe for use, transportation and storage. |
