Ignite Curved Lightbars Now Available

CoolDrive Distribution has expanded its lighting range, recently welcoming Ignite’s Curved Single Row LED lightbars to its product offerings.

Ignite’s new curved lightbar range is available in three sizes, allowing fitments in a variety of applications from passenger and off-road vehicles, to all types of commercial, industrial and agricultural vehicles.

Complementing the existing Ignite Straight Single Row LED lightbars, the curved design of the new product provides a wider beam angle and improved aerodynamic efficiencies.

Like the straight varieties, Ignite’s curved lightbars offer three different beam patterns – spot (pencil), flood (spread) and a combination beam.

The compact and lightweight 6063 extruded aluminium casing features a black anodised polyester powder coating that is UV stabilised to protect against the elements.
 
Furthermore, an IP68 rating allows the lightbar to withstand some of the harshest environments with protection against dust, moisture and against long periods of immersion under pressure in water.

Using the same lighting technology as the very popular Ignite single row lightbars with a patented TIR Optic Lens system and a clear PMMA polycarbonate lens, these new curved lightbars produce more light output than competitors in like for like products.
 
The TIR Reflector assembly is designed to efficiently capture the optimum light output from the high intensity 10 Watt CREE LED’s that are rated at 6,500 Kelvin light colour temperature.
 
The integrated electronic thermal protection circuitry controls internal heat to prolong the life of the LEDs and provide a lifespan of 50,000 hours.
 
The Ignite curved lightbars are 9-30 Volt DC Multivolt and supplied with 2-Pin Deutsch Plug and Socket connectors on 500mm long pre-wired leads, ensuring installation versatility.
 
Two types of mounting systems are supplied – traditional side mount brackets and stainless steel single bolt mount pedestal brackets that can be fitted anywhere along the bar’s length.  Both mounting systems allow the installer the ability to adjust the lightbar at different angles.
 
Available with 16, 24 or 32 LEDs, the curved lightbar range comes with a five year warranty from Ignite.
