CoolDrive Catalogue Sheds Light

3 Aug, 2017

Such has been the expansion of CoolDrive’s automotive lighting product offerings that the parts distribution giant has now published a specific catalogue.

The CoolDrive Lighting Catalogue has over 700 pages of all things in automotive lighting, and follows on from last year’s Electrical Accessories Catalogue.

“Not so long ago our electrical accessories and lighting products were captured in one catalogue, but the range has expanded enormously over the past couple of years and meant that two catalogues was the only practical solution,” CoolDrive, General Manager of Marketing, Tim Blanchard said.

“CoolDrive now has the most comprehensive range of catalogued Electrical Accessory and Lighting parts on the market.”

Available from all CoolDrive branches, the Lighting Catalogue contains products that offer the newest technology from all the major suppliers in the Australian market and is divided into three sections for ease of use: Auxiliary & Work Lamps, Marine Lamps and Signal Lamps.

Headlights, driving lights, interior lights, side and reversing lights, light bars, heavy-duty work lamps and signal and safety lamps are all there in the CoolDrive Lighting Catalogue, supported by important and detailed specific product information.

Most products in the CoolDrive Catalogue have both lit and unlit images, while for driving lights the beam pattern and spread of light is shown, and many items also have sizing, schematics, construction of the lens and housing, length of cable or lead, plus light outputs in lumens or Kelvin ratings.

CoolDrive has designed the new Lighting Catalogue to be as user friendly as possible.

So the three key product category section pages are colour-keyed, there’s a quick-find  alphabetical Contents listing at the front and a Part Number Index at the back, and even a helpful ‘How To Use the Catalogue’ section.

Luminosity is explained in detail to assist Light selection, as are Ingress Protection Ratings, and CoolDrive has even illustrated the Australian Design Rules (ADR) compliance requirements for caravans, trailers, small trucks and semi-trailers, both single and dual trailer.

The CoolDrive Lighting Catalogue is available from all CoolDrive branches.
