THE WORD FROM TIM

Tim was disappointed with today’s qualifying efforts, as he and Team CoolDrive found themselves searching for more car speed. The cars qualifying setup needed to be more aggressive than the race setup, as 200km of flat out racing around this track would prove to be tough on tyres, especially the left rears. Tim managed to avoid the lap one drama and found himself gaining positions, by lap 10 he had moved from 23^rd to 16^th position, where he ultimately finished the race. 10 cars either finished over a lap down, or did not finish at all. Townsville was tough on the Supercars today!
