Qualifying - Qualified: 24^th // Pole Position: Scott McLaughlin

Race Eight - Finished: 23^rd // Winner: Scott McLaughlin

THE WORD FROM TIM

Tim went in today’s 200kms with a tyre advantage. After the car struggled in yesterday’s race, the team opted to keep Tim’s green tyres for today’s race. This means he had 4 new or near new sets of tyres to make the most of today.

The three stop strategy for fresh tyres didn’t quite work in Tim’s favour as the traffic and lapped cars made it difficult to move forward as much as the team wanted.

Team CoolDrive now heads to the home circuit of Winton, which is a very happy hunting ground for BJR.
