THE WORD FROM TODD
“The first hit out today was promising, the CoolDrive Commodore has good pace, we just struggled a little bit with the braking balance. One we get our head around that I think we have the potential to be pretty competitive. Tim was back in the car for the final session and is helping tune the car a bit further, so I’m hoping when I get in tomorrow we can push it that bit further than we did today and get towards the front.”
“Tim was really comfortable in the car and he’s helping tune the balance which is a good thing for me. You want a car that is comfortable around here, you don’t want a car that is out of control or hair raising every lap. We’ve got 161 laps to complete on Sunday, so if the is balance right, and we are both feeling comfortable, we should be pretty set for Sunday. I’m looking forward to getting in for a few more laps tomorrow, Bathurst is such an awesome track to be at.”
