CoolDrive Opens 30th Branch

CoolDrive has opened its landmark 30th branch, at Ashmore on Queensland’s Gold Coast.
Headed by Manager Jeff Brassington, the well-located new CoolDrive facility features a modern showroom and offices, supporting an 800sq metre warehouse which carries an extensive inventory.
“Reaching our 30th branch is an absolute landmark for the business,” CoolDrive’s General Manager of Marketing Tim Blanchard said.
“Gold Coast and the south-east corner of Queensland has long been a target area for CoolDrive, we recognise the growth potential of the region, but we wanted to make sure we created the right opportunity.
“People and location are critical to delivering the product and service customers expect from CoolDrive, so I am delighted we’ve now been able to achieve that on the Gold Coast with the opening of our 30th branch.”
Branch Manager Jeff Brassington comes to CoolDrive Gold Coast after three years at its Brisbane branch, and more than 30 years in the industry. A qualified Auto Electrician with his own business for five years, his experience includes a decade multiplexing emergency services vehicles within the broader automotive parts industry.
Jeff leads up a team of five full time staff including sales and warehousing expertise.
“Next year’s Commonwealth Games is sure to generate a healthy business environment on the Gold Coast and with Jeff’s focus on customer service, we are confident this new branch will enjoy strong growth,” Tim Blanchard said.
“Gold Coast will also have the advantage of being able to draw on the successful structures and experiences of the other 29 branches in the CoolDrive network.”
