- The Sandown Retro Round sees Tim & Todd sporting the 1965 Mustang livery of ‘Stormin Norman’ Beechey. Back then the Australian Touring Car Championship was decided by one race; which saw Norman score his first ever ATCC win at this very circuit!

- Tim had his best Sandown finish in 2015 co-driving with Karl Reindler, they finished 8th.

- This is Todd Hazelwood’s first ever Sandown 500. He made his Supercars debut at QLD Racecway with Matt Stone Racing in a one-off wildcard start.

- Tim is coming off his season best result, at Sydney Motorsport Park, he finished 10th in Saturdays race was was 12th overall on points for the weekend.

- Todd is leading the Super2 series, winning 4 races and scoring the round win in Townsville earlier this year.  

- This is the first time Tim & Todd have driven together in the Pirtek Endurance Cup.
