“We really didn’t move forward how we would have liked this weekend. As a group we’ve got a lot to improve on before we get to Perth in two weeks’ time. The team had various splitter issues and I feel like we were off the pace this weekend.”
“We’d had a couple of glimmers of good potential, but it wasn’t consistent enough. The cars seemed good over the race distance and looked after the tyres quite well, but we couldn’t tune it right for those flying laps for qualifying. Simply put we need to qualify further up than we are to give us a better chance of getting the results we want.”
