Queensland Raceway Recap23 Jul, 2018 TODAYS TIMES Qualifying Qualified: 27th – 1:09.5702s Pole Position: Scott McLaughlin – 1:08.4900s Race 20 – 200kms / 67 Laps Finished: 22nd Winner: Shane Van Gisbergen It was all about moving forward for Tim Blanchard and Team CoolDrive today, with Tim having to work his way through the pack, starting the 200km race out of 27th. Tim was moving forward in the race when Kurt Kostecki spun Tim at Turn 6, dropping Tim back down the order. Kostecki later copped a 15 second penalty for the incident. Tim continued to fight throughout the race, finishing in 22nd In just under two weeks the Supercars will be racing under lights at Sydney Motorsport Park! This will be a 300km race on Saturday night; and the only night race on the Supercars Calendar in 2018.
