CoolDrive Announces Renewed Focus on Repair Division

CoolDrive has announced a renewed focus on its Repair Division with new streamlined processes at its technical repair centres in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland.
 
Moving forwards, customers of the three centres - located in Vermont (VIC), Granville (NSW) and Brendale (QLD) - can look forward to significant improvements in service levels.
 
In particular, the level of technical support offered will significantly increase, as a result of the employment of additional staff with specialised knowledge and expertise.
 
“CoolDrive is pleased to roll-out these upgrades at our repair centres to improve our interactions with customers and increase our level of service offerings,” John Blanchard, CEO, CoolDrive said.
 
“As part of these upgrades we will build stock of common products, maintain core repair stocks, as well as ensure daily monitoring of job processing and inwards/outwards goods movement.”

CoolDrive’s Repair Division is the result of acquisitions of several highly skilled businesses including ACE Automotive Computer Engineering, Australian Fuel Injection, Automotive Service Solutions and Logicar to provide national Technical Repair Centres.
 
Staffed by highly experienced engine management repair specialists and supported by technical support operators, CoolDrive’s Technical Repair Centres are capable of handling all types of technical enquiries for workshops.

“Our technical service repair teams conduct a full range of automotive electronic testing and repairs for most types of vehicles including ECUs, body control modules, ABS modules, fuel injectors, ignition modules and more.  Our repair capabilities cover passenger car, light and heavy commercial, as well as bus and plant,” John Blanchard continued.
 
“CoolDrive also offers technical support over the phone during business hours for workshops, such as product advice, talking through specific work to be completed or to confirm the work that has been completed is correct.”
