Heavy Duty Lighting in Focus at CoolDrive

CoolDrive Auto Parts continues to lead the way in heavy duty LED lighting applications, with a massive range available from leading brands, such as Ignite, Lightforce, Hella, ECCO and HULK 4x4.

With options available for every conceivable application, CoolDrive’s range of the latest LED products feature low energy usage and high output, with replacement parts as well as add-on accessories to boost night driving vision, complimented by solutions for the workshop, roadside, home, campsite and more.

Setting the tone is the Australian made Ignite brand, who were early converts from halogen lighting to LED.

Tough while lightweight, the Ignite LED range is ideal for the professional workshop environment or the home garage, and equally adept to recreational use such as camping or general handyman duties, with the range offering maximum durability and useability in harsh environments.

For example, Ignite’s 9” LED driving lights have become popular with long haul truck drivers, with its 12,000 lumens of light available through a spot or driving beam, making them ideal for outback highway use.

The facia of the lamp is finished in either black or chrome, and manufactured from premium quality black anodised power-coated die-cast aluminium, with stainless steel mounting hardware providing a solid and durable base, while offering a remarkable 50,000+ hours of LED life.

Ignite’s driving lights are 9-36 volt compatible, and feature an integrated electronic thermal management system, GORE pressure equalising vent, voltage surge protection, reverse polarity protection, shock resistance, as well as being waterproof and dustproof with an IP68 rating.

All told, including work lights, flood lights, roadside inspection lamps, camping lights and torches, the Ignite range totals over 200 different part numbers.

CoolDrive’s own house brand, HULK 4x4, meanwhile continues to grow in the lighting space, with new rechargeable LED products available for a range of applications, aimed at the recreational end of the market.

Leading the way is a new LED Worklight with integrated wireless Bluetooth speakers and torch, perfect for the camping and outdoors lifestyle, with other recent additions including a freshly designed inspection lamp with 500/280 lumens via dual light output, a handy 180/80 lumens headlamp, and a versatile 600/300 lumens camping light.
