CalOffroad’s Nitro Pro Suspension Lift Kits Now Available

CalOffroad’s Nitro Pro suspension range has expanded with Lift Kits now available for a new era of 4x4 performance.

The Nitro Pro range has been designed, tested, and manufactured in Australia by the experts at CalOffroad to deliver unparalleled handling, performance, and control with the lift kits offering more choice and flexibility to the range for four-wheel-drivers.

The spring and shock absorber rates of the Nitro Pro lift kits have been engineered to enhance ride comfort, minimise body roll, and improve overall stability.

The lift kits have been uniquely designed to upgrade the original 4x4 suspension, offering up to 2 inches of lift options, all while improving the vehicle's load-carrying capability.

The lift kits come complete with two CalOffroad Nitro Pro twin tube struts and one pair of Nitro Pro front coils in a choice of weight options, or customers can choose the assembled option to receive them as a coilover.

If the vehicle is rear coil spring equipped, the lift kit will come with two Nitro Pro rear shocks and one pair of rear coils in a choice of weight options.

For rear leaf spring equipped vehicles, the lift kits will feature CalOffroad leaf springs in a choice of weight options, one pair of greaseable shackles, one leaf spring bush kit, two greaseable leaf spring pins, and four ubolts.

The Nitro Pro lift kits are perfect for vehicles used for work, commuting, long-distance trips, touring, towing, or off-road adventures, and are tailored to meet the needs of carrying slightly heavier loads or the fitment of accessories, including roof and bike racks, bull bars, winches, cargo, and storage systems.

CalOffroad’s Nitro Pro suspension products boast twin tube construction which allows higher oil capacity and a lower gas rate to reduce shock temperatures, and a 18mm induction hardened chromed piston rod for increased strength to maximise durability.

The larger internal bore and larger diameter piston deliver increased rebound damping and damping force capabilities, with the units gas-pressurised to 60psi to reduce foaming, noise and fade, all while increasing performance, durability, and the life of the shock. 

Damping forces are precisely controlled thanks to the slip-ring rod guide with Teflon-impregnated bronze bearing, and a T-shaped slip-ring that flows to the seal, while the two-part Epoxy external coating ensures superior stone chip and corrosion resistance.

The double-bonded strut bushings with an OE-style natural rubber provides extended durability, even with high accessory loads.

The Nitro Pro shocks are also protected from dust and debris thanks to a tough polypropylene dirt shield which also reduces noise levels on stone and rocky road surfaces.

Nitro Pro offers application-specific fitments to suit vehicles exposed to varying conditions, load, and weight factors.
