CoolDrive Continues Support of Kids with Cancer Foundation

20 Nov, 2025

CoolDrive Auto Parts has reaffirmed its ongoing commitment to the Kids with Cancer Foundation, following initiatives at November’s Sandown 500 with the Blanchard Racing Team.

CoolDrive also donated $7,500 to the Foundation to support its core programs, which includes financial assistance for families, Care Packs 4 Kids, hospital funding, cancer research, and Wigs4Kids.

This donation was as a result of CoolDrive’s June sales initiative, where a portion of the proceeds was directed to the Foundation.

“At CoolDrive, we believe in giving back to the community that supports us, and the Kids with Cancer Foundation does incredible work supporting families through unimaginably difficult times,” Tim Blanchard, COO of CoolDrive Auto Parts and Co-Team Principal of Blanchard Racing Team said.

“CoolDrive is proud to continue contributing to their work and helping ease the burden of children and families during such challenging times.”

At the Sandown 500, CoolDrive together with the Blanchard Racing Team, delivered an immersive race-day experience for young cancer warriors from Monash Children’s Hospital.

Together with their families, these children toured the Supercars garage, met BRT drivers James Courtney and Aaron Cameron, and experienced the excitement of one of Australia’s most iconic motorsport events.

At the Sandown event, both BRT Supercars featured prominent Kids with Cancer Foundation branding, displaying the logo on their roofs to raise awareness among thousands of motorsport fans.

“We’re honoured to use our motorsport platform to raise awareness and funds for the Foundation,” continued Tim.

“Seeing the smiles on these kids' faces at race day makes everything worthwhile, with these moments of joy meaning so much to families going through incredibly tough times.”

Earlier this year, BRT also hosted a respite day for three of the Foundation’s teenage oncology patients, where they toured the garage, meet the drivers, and even enjoyed the exhilarating thrill of a Supercars hot lap.

These initiatives build upon several years of partnership between CoolDrive and the Kids with Cancer Foundation, combining fundraising with unique experiences designed to support children living with cancer.

Since the partnership began in 2023, CoolDrive has donated more than $22,000 to the Kids with Cancer Foundation, with more initiatives and activities planned for 2026 and beyond.
